About Travis Pulver

Sports are not life to Travis but they sure as heck do make life a lot more fun. Over the last few years, Travis has worked for several news-oriented sites that focused on sports, especially football, baseball, basketball, and to a lesser extent boxing and MMA. Having grown up in the football-crazed state of Texas football is his first love. According to his mother, he was more excited to watch NFL and college games as a baby then Sesame Street or Mickey Mouse. His passion for sports quickly spread to baseball (favorite team is the Houston Astros), basketball, and track and field as a kid. It wasn’t until his college years that he discovered the tremendous game of rugby. If you want someone who has a passion for the game, Travis is the journalist for the job! Travis graduated from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana with a masters in Political Science. Prior to that, he attended IU Purdue in Indianapolis, Indiana where he earned his Bachelors degree in Political Science and earned his first degree at Texas A & M in Galveston, TX, a BS in Maritime Administration. Travis, a native Texan, has been blogging about sports and other subjects for several years. He currently lives in Indiana (is a basketball fan but hates going to the Indy 500) with his wife and two adorable kids. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers infamously told the world to relax, and sure enough—things got better, and they started winning. But at 4-5-1, fans may have a […]

Posted on November 6, 2018, by Travis Pulver With how James Conner has played the last few weeks, the anticipation for the return of Le’Veon Bell isn’t as high anymore. While he hasn’t always looked great, the last four weeks have seen Conner fill the Bell void to perfection. However, he has only played well against […]

Posted on November 2, 2018, by Travis Pulver The Los Angeles Chargers and Seattle Seahawks will enter Sunday’s game in Seattle in a similar position. Both find themselves in second place in their respective division. Neither has a very good chance of catching the first-place team (Chiefs and Rams) without the first-place team getting hit with […]

Posted on October 29, 2018, by Travis Pulver The Los Angeles Rams met the first of four consecutive very tough opponents Sunday in the Green Bay Packers. If they make it past all four, then there is a solid chance that they could end the season with an undefeated record. But first, they had to do […]

Posted on October 28, 2018, by Travis Pulver Expectations were not extremely high for the Seattle Seahawks coming into this season. There were still doubts about the offensive line. With all the turnover on defense, there was no telling what the ‘Legion of Boom’ was going to look like. Unless someone stepped up, there wasn’t much […]
